This July 20th the traditional military and police parade for the Colombian Independence Day will take place. For the first time, the event will be held in the south of Bogotá, specifically in the locality of Ciudad Bolívar, and will pass through the neighborhoods of Perdomo, Madelena, El Ensueño, Candelaria La Nueva, and Casa Linda.
The route will start at 10 a.m. on transversal 70C, at the traffic light located in front of the Gran Plaza El Ensueño Shopping Center, and will go up to carrera 23C, near the entrance of the Ciudad Bolívar Fire Station and the Casa Linda neighborhood. In total, 6,257 members of the Military Forces and the Police will parade.
