One of the 4 corpses that were transferred to the Cartagena battalion, in La Guajira, after the operation that neutralized Naín Andrés Pérez Toncel, was that of his partner, Rosa Angélica Tarazona Tarazona.
The young woman from Santa Marta, 20 years old, had gained prominence for appearing in videos on social media alongside alias Bendito Menor, riding high-displacement motorcycles, while the leader of the Conquistadores de la Sierra self-defense groups issued threats against the Public Force.
The plea agreement
The Investigative Unit of EL TIEMPO tracked the woman’s criminal record and not only established that she had been arrested and under house arrest, but also that her defense had just reached a plea agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office.
“We were going to request 36 months of house arrest. But now, we are surprised by the news of what happened in La Guajira,” said her attorney Cristian Morelli Espinel in an exclusive interview with EL TIEMPO.
According to the document, to which EL TIEMPO had exclusive access, alias La Bebecita was formally linked as a member of the armed component of the Conquistadores de la Sierra Nevada Self-Defense Forces, whose urban leader was her partner Naín Andrés Pérez Toncel, known as ‘Bendito Menor’ or ‘Triple 6’.
“Alias La Bebecita, sentimental partner of alias Naím, makes payroll payments and is responsible for coordinating this armed wing when Naín is absent from his duties,” the file reads.
It adds that the Prosecutor’s Office has been able to establish that Tarazona was fully aware of her behavior that she fostered and promoted on social media.
Conspiracy to commit a crime
In fact, on September 25, 2025, charges were filed against her before the third municipal court of Valledupar for the crime of conspiracy to commit a crime.
However, in agreement with her defense, the woman was going to accept that charge and submit to a sentence of 36 months of house arrest.
In fact, her attorney, criminal lawyer Morelli Espinel, told EL TIEMPO that he had already requested that the sentencing hearing be held next October to gather evidence that would demonstrate that the woman had two minor children and that is why they requested house arrest.
The plea agreement also states that Tarazona acknowledged the illegality of her behavior and that she will ask for forgiveness from society, primarily affected by the unlawful and harmful behavior against the legal good of public health.
