On the morning of this Monday, July 27, a traffic accident occurred in the center of Bogotá between a TransMilenio articulated bus and a taxi driver.
According to information provided by the District Secretariat of Mobility, the crash was reported around 6:45 AM that day, specifically in the Rafael Uribe Uribe locality, on Avenida Caracas at Carrera Sexta.
Images circulated on social media and by authorities show how the public service bus was embedded against the yellow vehicle. At the scene, several people waiting for the arrival of uniformed officers assisted both drivers.
Likewise, it was established that, fortunately, no one was seriously injured or lost their life.
Furthermore, citizens report that there is a serious traffic jam at this point at this time, while the vehicles are being removed.
