The Comprehensive Care Centers and transit departments interested in adding the digital option must follow a series of formal steps provided in the regulatory project:

- Adjust the academic offer to the installed physical capacity that has been validated by a Conformity Assessment Body (OEC), duly accredited by the National Accreditation Body of Colombia (Onac).
- Send the corresponding information to the Runt, the entity responsible for notifying the Integrated Information System on Traffic Fines and Sanctions (Simit) of the completion of the course to make the fine discount effective.
