- Private vehicles: vehicles with license plates ending in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 can circulate
- Taxis: vehicles with license plates ending in 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 0 can circulate.
- Measure schedules: for private vehicles from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and for taxis from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
